If the problem sounds like it can be resolved via a remote support session, our staff will give you instructions on how to activate the remote support client and tell it to connect to our support department’s computers. This system is 100% secure because the remote support client is not running, and will not accept incoming connections, when installed per our instructions. It will only become active when you tell it to connect to us. System Requirements The remote support software will work on virtually any PC. However, you must have a high-speed internet connection such as cable, DSL, or a T1 to take advantage of this service. What does it cost? Much less than an on-site visit to solve the same problem! And, if we can’t solve the problem remotely and do come on-site to fix it, you won’t be charged for the Remote Support session! |
